A Fuel Cell Car Actually Cleans The Air
Cars that run on fossil fuels emit pollutants in the form
of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons. Even if we can't see
these pollutants coming out of a car exhaust, we all have seen smog. Smog
is the result of many cars/trucks emitting these pollutants. Fuel cell cars
on the other hand emit nothing but pure water. In fact, because there is a
filter on the air intake of a fuel cell car, the air will actually be cleaned
as the vehicle is driven. Driving your fuel cell car will in fact clean the
air. |
